Блинный торт рецепт с фото пошагово в домашних условиях — ингредиенты
- Два – три граненого стакана – мука высший сорт
- Четыре обычных столовых ложки (100 грамм) – мелкого сахара
- Молоко – один литр
- Четыре куриных яйца
- Меленькая соль
- Рафинированное масло – четыре обычных столовых ложки
Продукты для крема
- Крестьянское масло – сто грамм
- Крупный сахар – 2/3 часть стакана
- Две столовых обычных ложки – какао порошка
- Плавленый сыр – грамм 200
Для украшения
- Грецкие орехи или разнообразные орехи 200 – 250 грамм
- Цветной мармелад – грамм сто
- Блины
В миску налить подогретое молоко три стакана, и вбить туда яйца. Взбить миксером или вилкой яйца и молоко, чтобы взбились до однородной массы. Просеять в миску пшеничную муку и перемешать, чтобы тесто было крутым, затем его разбавляют молоком, до жидкой смеси. Чтобы в жидком тесте не было комков муки. Проверить тесто на готовность. Взять поварешку, набрать тесто и слить обратно в миску, если тесто свободно стекается, тогда жидкость готова. Такая жидкость будет равномерно растекаться по горячей сковороде и получатся тоненькими.
Совет: чтобы блины при жарки не прилипали к сковородки, нужно в тесто долить немного рафинированного масла. Готовое тесто можно печь.
Сковородку поставить на газовую или электронную плиту, хорошо нагреть. Поварешкой набрать жидкость налить в сковородку и чтобы тесто растеклось по сковородки. Когда блин поджарится (он будет сам отставать от сковородки), вилкой перевернуть на другую сторону и жарить. Слаживать готовые блины на тарелку. Продолжать жарить блины пока не закончится жидкость.
Смазка – крем
Подогреть масло в микроволновке, чтобы было мягким добавить к маслу сыр. Растопить сахарный песок с водой (две ложки), и сироп налить в миску с плавленым сыром и маслом. Все тщательно размещать, миксером или блендером. Добавить какао и перемешать. Получается шоколадно — сливочная помадка.
Сборка блинного торта
На противень или тарелку положить блин. Большим количеством выложить помадку, разровнять по всей площади блина и сверху положить следующий блин. Далее также слаживать друг на дружку блины и смазывать кремом. Верхний блин хорошо смазать кремом.
Очистить грецкие орехи от скорлупы, измельчить в блендере и украсить верх и бока торта. Также по желанию можно и не мельчить грецкие орехи, а выложить почищенными кусочками, поверх торта.
Мармелад, нарезать на кубики и украсить сверху перемолотых орехов.
Можно подавать сразу торт или приготовить раньше, за день и дать пропитаться.
